Yew Chung founded in Hong Kong by Madam Tsang Chor-hang; Yew Chung Kindergarten and Primary School opened.
1970-1980
Early childhood education introduced by Dr. Betty Chan Po-king with pioneering new concepts.
1980-1990
Yew Chung International Primary School established; Yew Chung Education Foundation founded; Educational Research section created.
1990-2000
Yew Chung International Secondary School established; Yew Chung International Schools opened in Shanghai and Beijing.
Entering the 21st Century
Yew Chung International Schools opened in Chongqing and Qingdao in mainland China, and Silicon Valley in the USA; Yew Chung International School – Secondary moved into a new purpose-built campus in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.
