我加入機構六年多，對機構的歸屬感和認同感很強，因為我知道，能遇見一間跟我自己價值觀如此契合的機構是多麼不容易。陳校監跟我的母親差不多年紀，她和叶国华教授毫無保留的奉獻，他們夫婦倆如何把自己的生命投入在教育事業里，我都看在眼裡，太讓人感動。那很自然的，我就會想，我能夠再做些什麼呢？
